Cancellation and Refund Information

Thank you for choosing Tailor Swyft! We understand that situations change, and you might need to cancel your subscription. Here's what you need to know about cancellations and refunds for Tailor & Boutique and Customer accounts.

Cancellation:

• You can cancel your Tailor & Boutique or Customer account at any time.
• Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. This means you will have access to Tailor Swyft services until the end of your paid period.

Refunds:

• Tailor Swyft offers no refunds for unused portions of your subscription.
• This applies to both Tailor & Boutique and Customer accounts.

Why No Refunds?

We believe Tailor Swyft offers a valuable service for both Tailors & Boutiques and Customers. Since you have the opportunity to fully utilize the platform throughout your paid subscription period, we cannot offer refunds after the billing cycle begins.

How to Cancel:

• Tailor & Boutiques: You can cancel your subscription through your account settings on the Tailor Swyft platform.
• Customers: You can cancel your account by contacting the Tailor or Boutique directly through the platform.

Important Notes:

• Cancelling your subscription will not cancel any outstanding orders you may have with a Tailor or Boutique. Please contact the Tailor or Boutique directly to manage your orders.
• Cancelling and re-subscribing later will not grant you access to the previously stored data again.

Billing Information:

• We offer monthly and annual subscription plans for Tailors & Boutiques.
• Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of your billing cycle unless you cancel before that time.
• You can view your current subscription plan and billing information through your account settings.
